Refund policy
Overview
At Pangolin Gears, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned, and we've created this policy to make the process as straightforward as possible.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Products must be in unused, original condition with all original packaging and tags attached
- All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Software licenses and digital products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after receipt
Return Process
- Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team at contact@pangolingears.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions
- Package your item securely with all original materials
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the provided return address
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- For defective items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
- Provide photos or videos of the defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
Store Credit
- Store credit is available as an alternative to refunds
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Store credit cannot be converted to cash
