Optimized for GX460 Fitment: The base is specifically engineered to mate with the OEM GX460 shift boot, ensuring a clean, factory-style transition. Thread pitch: M8 × 1.25 — compatible with most Lexus and Toyota models (other fitments untested).

Installation: 1. Pull down the shift boot — it will release from the OEM knob with a light pull; it’s held in place by clips. 2. Unscrew the factory knob — about 12 full turns counterclockwise. 3. Install the Pangolin Gears knob — screw it on clockwise, about 10–12 full turns. 4. You may feel firm resistance during the final few turns — this is normal and ensures a snug fit. 5. Push the shift boot back up to snap it securely into the new knob’s base. Total install time: under 3 minutes. No tools required.
